The beautifully designed well equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and back splash, modern LED lighting, Kuerig and lots of extras to make your stay extremely accommodating. The countertop height dining table seats 4 with seating for 2 more at the kitchen island.

It is a comfortable two bedroom / two bath condo with a king bed & 55” Sony OLED TV in the primary bedroom, ceiling fans, private lanai with views of both the gulf and bay. The primary bathroom has a glass door walk-in shower, LED lighted mirror, full sized high efficiency washer & dryer. The guest bedroom has a king bed, 24” TV, private lanai with a great view of Estero Bay and sunrises. The guest bathroom provides tub/shower combo and LED lighted mirror. There are luxury linens provided in both bedrooms, including beach towels! Rate is based on occupancy for 4, beds available for 6 with a small upcharge. No children under 12.
